Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are lovingly packed and processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sales or launches, processing times may be slightly longer, we truly appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your gift on its journey.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide.
If you’re local to East Gippsland, you may also select local pickup at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. As a guide:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Please note these timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur outside of our control, especially during peak periods or due to weather and courier disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Authority to Leave
If you choose authority to leave, parcels will be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Once delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Local Kind & Co cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier service. While we will always assist where possible, Local Kind & Co is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen parcels once they are with the carrier.
Gifts & Special Instructions
Sending a gift? You can ship directly to your recipient and include a personal message at checkout.
