Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please email us at localkindco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or is in transit, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

Each gift box from Local Kind & Co is carefully checked, beautifully wrapped, and packed with care before being sent on its way. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that sometimes things happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at localkindco@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Supporting photos

This helps us assess the situation and work towards a resolution together.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund. All outcomes are assessed on a case-by-case basis and issued at the discretion of Local Kind & Co.

If a return is required, we recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the transaction.

Please note:
Returns, exchanges or refunds are only available for purchases made within 14 days.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or if your recipient did not appreciate the gift. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Returned to Sender

Occasionally parcels may be returned to us for reasons including:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient not known at the address
• Delivery refused
• No safe place to leave the parcel
• No access to secure buildings
• Recipient checked out of hotel/hospital
• Parcel not collected after a delivery card was left

If your order is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply to send it again to the same or an alternative address.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
